Almost all of my subject matter is gathered close to the studio on forays by foot or by boat. Living so close to the water I can study it in all it’s moods. The creatures I encounter creep into paintings or become subjects in themselves.
The studio and gallery are near Tayvallich at Carsaig bay, on the Sound of Jura.
