Crinan Ferry

(1 customer review)

This was one of the earliest works to be made into prints. It comes in one size only and is printed using an off set litho press.

Set in an off white mount with a backboard or framed in a wooden frame with a warm silver finish.

Looking down over the Crinan canal the Add estuary, towards Crinan Ferry and the distant hills of Mull.

Yacht masts gleam against the rich greens of the oakwood near the lock keepers cottage.

Have a 30 yr+ relationship with this area and this print. Perhaps I’ve stood in this spot many times without realizing it. Now that I don’t go back nothing says Crinan quite like this print. Like standing on the shore of the canal with the breeze in your face..

Thank you for writing that, Jeff.
It really is a special place.
